We collect only what we need to run a neighborhood help platform: your name, email, ZIP code, age range, and anything you choose to add to your profile or posts.

What neighbors see. Your first name and last initial, ZIP code, age range, avatar, and your posts. Your email is never shown publicly — neighbors reach you only through the in-app inbox.

Verification documents. If you upload a document to verify residency, it is used only for that review and deleted afterward.

Email. We email you about new messages and account matters. You can turn off message notifications in your profile.

We don't sell your data. Ever.
